46 km from Barra Honda National Park, Eco-Turismo Guayacanes is a recently renovated property situated in Sámara and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Everything was perfect, the host, Xavier was really kind and fully available. The place was great, clean and perfect for a family escape. The pool, the fruit's ree (lemon, grapefruit, etc), the location, 5 min from Samra and Carillo beach, make this place a unavoidable. I'll recommend for sure to anyone, it worth the price (not too expensive, we were the mid November).

Condominio Villa Hermosa, a property with a garden, is located in Playa Hermosa, 1.2 km from Hermosa Beach, 3 km from Playa Panama, as well as 32 km from Marina Papagayo. Our host Francesca met us upon arrival and explained all we needed to know about the villa. We were in constant communication and she responded promptly to our questions and requests. The Villa was pristine and lovely. The WiFi was fast and reliable. The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. We especially loved the balcony upstairs and the screened in porch on the ground floor where we could have our breakfast and watch the birds and iguanas come and go. The pool and grounds were also nice and well maintained, bonus that there's a kiddy pool for littles. We also appreciated our host's generous recommendations for tours in the area , especially a boat tour of the Papagayo Gulf with snorkeling. That was very fun! It's a short drive to Playas Hermosa and Coco, making it a great base for exploring the surrounding area. It was mostly quiet (a bit of road and construction noise). The compound is fenced and gated but mostly as a precaution. We felt very safe. Our family with three young kids enjoyed our time at this villa and would highly recommend it ❤️

Located in San Juanillo and only 1.7 km from Pleito Beach, Chalet San Juanillo provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. I really enjoyed the quiet location and the nice walk to a very private beach. The pool was fantastic, but above all, what was incredible for me was that I was able to bring my dogs. They were free to roam on the property and on the quiet road outside. That was the cherry on top for me:)

I must say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly welcome from Marie, the owner. She made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated with a strong sense of detail, and equipped with high-quality toiletries and furniture. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The place is located in a very quiet area. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool, which was clean and well-maintained. What truly set Pierre and Colors apart, is the exceptional and personalized service. The owners' genuine care and attention to detail made all the difference. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. We can’t wait to return on our next visit to the area!

Located in Liberia, 40 km from Parque Nacional Santa Rosa and 1.1 km from Edgardo Baltodano Stadium, Casa Nomad offers a garden and air conditioning. Very nice and cozy staying. The house looks newly and is very good mainteined. That is located in the suburbs in a quiet area and fully equipped. It is prrety comfortable and has everything you need. The owner is very kind and caring. The communication with her was uncomplicated and easy. We liked the place a lot.

Located in Coco, Pura Armonia Condo With Outdoor Patio provides accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. Clean, quiet, well equipped. Full size fridge and stove. Gas BBQ on the patio, with table and chairs, loungers, etc. Beach items like boogie boards, noodles, plastic buckets and shovels, and yoga mats. Some games and books. Wifi and internet TV.

Situated in Nosara, Casita VNV walking distance to the beach provides accommodation with a private pool. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. We had a great time in the tiny house. As of now there is a lot of privacy because the next lot is still un-developed, which is especially nice for using the cute outdoor area. The tiny house had everything we needed and more, the AC works great, bed is super comfy and you can make yourself a dinner or breakfast – but there's also a lot of great food options in walking distance also. We especially recommend the cheap but good pizza at Pura Pizza, the Argentinian restaurant La Brasa and the coffee at Rolling Waves. To the beach it's a nice ten minute walk. If you come with a car, you can safely park inside the property. Contact with Rina and her husband was super friendly and with a very quick reaction time. Will definitely be back!

Offering a garden and mountain view, Casa Colibrí is set in Tilarán, 32 km from Selvatura Adventure Park and 38 km from Sky Adventures Arenal. Everything. The picture of the cabin is misleading since it actually is one of the finest places we stayed in CR. Loved the sunny balcony in the back from which you can enjoy watching a variety of birds and breathtaking sunsets. The hosts are delightful and went out of their way to show us monkeys visiting the property and bringing home baked delicacies. It's a little paradise off the beaten track.
