They gave us a breakfast box at 4am without any problems and allowed us to leave the luggages there while visiting Machu Picchu. The room itself was clean, comfortable and very cozy. The room was perfect, we had a fireplace what made the evening very cosy. But a special compliment goes to the eco club team. We did a couple of complementary excursions (bird watching, tea making, orchids walk) and enjoyed it very much! All the guides were very competent and we learned a lot!
