The atmosphere was really nice. If you wanted to sit with someone, there were always nice people to talk to. Large, well-equipped kitchen where you could cook together and prepare the included breakfast. Cosy beds, nice bathrooms and spacious rooms. I had a beautiful time at villa vento!

If you are staying in Santa Catalina, this is probably the best option. We stayed at the "arbolita" room, which is a gorgeous, and confortable cabin surrounded by trees and with a view to a little lake. Breakfast is included, and with good healthy options. Also if you are leaving early for an excursion they give you a to-go breakfast to keep in your room the night before. The hotel is small and beautiful, with a nice pool. The restaurant is good and they also offer free yoga classes. Good WiFi everywhere.

I have booked one of the cabins, not a dorm. The cabins are really cosy, I can highly recommend them. I was alone, but if you stay in a cabin with 2 persons, it will get small. The cabin has a bed and a bathroom, that’s it - but it has everything you need. Breakfast is pancakes with fruits, really good.

It was a pretty place, a cozy wood cabin. Be aware that the door of the cabin doesn’t lock. We left all our stuff inside the room everyday and no one touched it. We even forgot some stuff there and Bodhi messaged me saying they kept it and I could come back to pick it up that was really nice! There is a shared kitchen you can use and its quite clean. The location is ok, close to the fisherman’s beach. The staff was friendly and even helped us to arrange a trip to isla Coiba.

Great atmosphere, lots of backpackers in surf town Santa Catalina. Nice and cozy little cottages located next to the hostel. Liked the little porches.

Very cosy bungalows, clean and a comfortable bed. The ceiling ventilator is enough, no airco needed. The sanitary facilities were good and clean. The shower is cold, but that is no problem with the hot climate of Santa Cathalina. The breakfast was tasteful: fresh american pancakes with fruit. There is laundry service and a very comfortable shared living space with hammocks and seatings. The relaxed athmosphere was great, and we really came to rest here. A small supermarket and restaurants are close by. Even the beach is just a 5 minute walk.
