    Perfect location just above the sea, great views out to sea & short walk to the village. A more comfortable bed than I have at home (!) and wonderful hosts Steve & Sue who have thought of everything you might need in this lovely cozy spotlessly clean cabin - hairdryer, towels & beach towels, iron & board, washing up liquid, toaster, microwave, TV, excellent wifi. So peaceful too. I slept so well & felt totally relaxed - wish I could have stayed longer.

    Lovely location and very welcoming hosts. Cosy and warm despite torrential downpours one day I was there. Everything I needed was in the cabin and lots of other helpful items also there on my arrival. Easy to walk down to the beach and to walk in the other direction to the next village. There is a useful local store and places to eat in Overstrand but self-catering was my preference as everything needed was at hand in the cabin.

    Superb little self contained cottage for the family with a little treat on arrival from the owner and plenty of kitchen equipment for self catering with the extra little room for wet shoes and coats a bonus.

    Lovely, welcoming hosts. I felt at ease and at home and enjoyed the fresh eggs, milk and cookies they offered. The cabin is cozy, warm and covered basic needs. Nice view of the water and a paved walking path down the to the beach next to property.

    Good situation with sea view, very pretty cabin. Cosy and comfortable. In the owner's garden, with plenty of room for parking. The cabin is not large inside, but the bathroom was surprisingly big with a decent shower and wardrobe. We had a very pleasant stay here for three nights, and would be very happy to stay here again.

    This was the perfect place for a quiet getaway. The Cabin had everything I needed and was cosy and comfortable. The location was amazing as on the other side of the gate was the slope down to a wonderful dog friendly beach. The owner was friendly and helpful and I would love to stay here again.

    It is a very cosy, clean, quiet cottage. The owner clearly has put lots of efforts to maintain the standard high. My kids love the swing in the garden and baby dear & baby bunny.

    Everything. What’s there not to like. Cozy cabin decked out with all you need plus some more. Sublime location with fantastic sea views and easy access to the beach and coastal paths. Only noise is from bird song and the waves (and the rain) so able to easily relax. Hosts were great - not invasive but friendly and helpful and on hand if needed. Highly recommended
