The house is located at the yard of the owners own house. Ludmilla was very nice, she spoke very little Estonian/ English, we managed to communicate through Google translate.
She also provides massage services (it was very relaxing).
She has a beautiful big dog.
There was a little welcome package of coffee, tea, and chocolate ☺️

Very comfortable huge bed with lots of pillows, bedroom windows overlook the backyard, sleep is very sweet. There are slippers bit it is nice to walk barefoort on oak parquet. The bath is huge (with delicious foam available). The apartment is cool in heat because of solid walls and thick curtains on the windows. Our kind hosts welcomed us in front of the building and handed us the keys. During our stay we had everything we needed. The location is great - Narva Castle and Museum, Old Town Hall, river promenade, restaurants, Lidl, shopping center Fama etc. - everything is on the walking distance. Also the colour of furniture is spot on! Kitchen and bathroom are equipped with every necessity and bedroom has huge bed where even a kid fits to sleep between parents. What a smile! The hotel has a full spa with sauna and jacuzzi which two of our party enjoyed using. Breakfast was varied and very good, and is served in a very comfortable and spacious room on the ground floor. The rooms were very comfortable. Location is perfect for visiting the beautiful esplanade and parks.
