After hiking all over in the mountains, we returned every afternoon to enjoy the pool, sauna and hot tub. This was amazing. The staff were very friendly and gave great recommendations for eating out. And the location was perfect, really close to the Sunnegga/Rothorn gondolas, and not far from the Gornergrat train or center of town. We could not have asked for a better stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The spa facilities were brilliant (large hot tub, sauna, and steam room), along with complementary use of pool in partner hotel nearby if desired. Nice touches were the provision of complementary lifts to and from the station, and afternoon cakes and fruit in the lounge. A really enjoyable stay.
