The Location is magnificent and the birdlife to die for, we enjoyed many hours watching birds from our room balcony and enjoyed the swimming pool with this crazy heat we have been having. The staff were attentive to our needs and the food was delicious!

The venue nestled in the bushveld was delightful, offering all the charm one would expect from such a setting. The road to the venue adds to the rustic adventure, with constant corrugation and a high middleman on the road leading to the farm requiring careful navigation to protect your car's undercarriage. It's all part of the offroad experience, which they do advise is not ideal for lower cars, but I was eager for the adventure, and it was worth it. While wildlife sightings were sparse, we managed to see quite a lot during our early morning departure from the farm. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I'm sure will be even more magnificent in the summer's heat.
