McNeil was excellent - he arranged our airport transfer, our restaurant booking, storage of our luggage, etc. He was extremely professional and helpful. The rooms are very spacious with lots of comforts like plunger coffee, nice large soap, shampoo, body lotion bottles. Soft fluffy towels. Service at Backs restaurant also very good - Mark took very good care of us.

One of our best stays. I wish we had time and stay few days more. This is absolutely stunning property with magical views. Above and beyond our expectations. Impressive staff.
Lovely family resort, safe and clean. We loved the relaxing on the river, mornings and evening. Pool enormous and kids loved it. Pity was being drained / filled whist there but understand needed a clean!
We did self catering most of the time - took drive at Woolies in Franschhoek. Not too far, if a runner nice jog into town! Little shop onsite at resort but we enjoyed the drive out to one of most beautiful quaint towns in Cape Town, Franschhoek.
Reminder to take mossie repellent, and fly candles!
Some extra flat sheets, gets really hot. Aircon appreciated!

According to management, they knew the facilities water was going to be off from 12pm to 12am on the 27th November why did they take on my booking for that day. That was a complete waste of money. I feel that I lost that money and should be recovered or compensated in some way.

The room was spacious & beautiful. It was also very clean. However a small bar fridge could also be nice, since most visitors would most like do tasting and want to share a glass once in this comfortable home.
