The lovely family who hosted us were extremely helpful and welcoming. They offered us hot tea and fruit every time we came by reception. They also dropped us off at the bus station in the early morning as taxis are often hard to come by.

Really loved our stay here! The bungalows were modern but with a traditional charm, super clean, hot running water with bathtub, heating and bed & bedding super comfy.
Winnie helped to organise a bike and a recommended route for the Ha Giang Loop. Super communicative before our arrival and the family are all just so lovely and helpful.

Huyen and her family are really nice and helpful. She was always there in case of any questions. The dogs are really cute! We also rented the bikes directly and uncomplicated in the hotel. It’s slightly more expensive but definitely very convenient. The bikes are in very good condition and we had no problems. Huyen also organised the bus back to Hanoi. Thanks again for everything!
