The hotel is located at a very convenient location. We had wonderful sea view from our room. With a big family group that included young kids and elderly people the hotel provided comfortable stay. Buffet breakfast was also very nice with good options for vegetarians as well as for meat lovers. Cara, Rosie and Snow from staff were very helpful. They ensure we have a comfortable stay. We would love to come again

The staff were very helpful and happy when we arrived. I asked if our room had a window which it didn't so we upgrade for a small fee to a room with window's. The bed was clean & comfortable, the bathroom had a shower screen which was a nice to have, the shower was hot. There is also a lift. Good location with plenty of shops snd restaurants close by and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Very good value for money, we stayed an extra night.

Everyone was very helpful. Bella and Helen at reception was extremely helpful. We had 2 bookings in 2 different rooms, because we came 1 day early. They quickly sorted that and upgraded us to the better room. Very friendly staff.

Great hotel, located in the heart of Da Nang. Surrounded by a lot of great restaurants and cafes, spas and walking distance to the beach. The facilities are well maintained, the room was specious with a giant, comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was perfect, and we were staying at the 7th floor. The stuff was always very polite, kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Would recommend staying there and if I ever return to Vietnam and Da Nang (hopefully during the less rainy season), I’d definitely choose Palazzo Hotel again. Thank you very much for having us.

    Fantastic location, lovely staff and great breakfast. Just across the road from the beach. Lots of restaurants and local amenities nearby. We booked a sea view room, with king size bed and we’re not disappointed. Room for improvement The gym was poorly equipped and sometimes late at night we heard the music from the bar on the beach across the street. All in all we would definitely return for another stay.

    Danang is a clean place. Lots of cheap bargains and stuff to buy. very easy to get a Grab taxi. Prices in Danang are very affordable compared to travelling around the Philippines. Danang is a MUST VISIT place

    Loved the city.

    Loved the city. Coffee, Ba na hills, and Hoi An. and the beach. Grab app was easy to use and def use Google translate to chat with people as it seems English not quite as readily spoken. Would love to split the trip up and also do Hoi An for a few nights.

    Avoid coming during the rainy season or else you would not get to enjoy the beautiful view of da nang beach. I came during november and everyday its raining so didn't really had a chance to go to the beach:(

    This place is amazing. The staff is wonderful, especially the barkeeper Loc (Leo) and Trang. They were very helpful, warm hearted and made us feel at home. We already miss them! They also recommended us great places in and around Da Nang. The rooms were modern and clean, with a great view of the beach and the city. The bathroom is great. The rooftop bar is simply amazing with great cocktails, delicious food and an infinity pool. The restaurant had a bit limited options, but still was very good. This hotel should have 5 stars for sure!

    I really liked how big the premier double ocean view room is one of the biggest I've stayed in directly overlooking the beach. I ordered the dining at the sky bar the food was immense fresh and full of flavour. All the staff were excellent and made me very welcome. So therefore I'd love to say thanks for my best stay in Da Nang so far if anyone wants luxury cleanliness and serene beauty and would highly recommend the TMS Hotel Da Nang thanks so much Daniel

    Absolutely great hotel with stunning view over the coast of Da Nang from the big balcony. Rooms very spacious, clean and well equipped. Bathroom new and nice. Breakfast buffet with big variety of basically everything that you could think of. Location also great. Just across the street is My Khe beach, the best beach in Da Nang. Restaurants next door. Motorbike rent from hotel too. Free airport shuttle. Just great!

    Great location, plenty of excellent cheap restaurants close by, numerous motorbike rental options within 2 minutes walk. 5 minutes from the beach, popular nightlife area but hotel is very quiet. Good wifi and great shower. Secure motorbike parking just across the road, laundry close by and staff will book you a grab taxi to airport (112,000 vnd) if needed.
