The room was great it was clean beds were made sheets were clean. Refrigerator microwave TV worked wonderfully. The only downside was there ice maker was on the first floor or room was on the second floor very inconvenient. I had my service animal with me and I did need a disabled room cuz I cannot do stairs well. Don't know if it was to the fact that they didn't have a smoking disabled room or what but I was put on the second floor. That made it difficult for me.Marshall - Scored 8.08.0

I usually stay in Tucumcari on my way from Az. to the mid west to visit my children. This was my first time at the Roadway Inn. I will stay here from now on instead of the other Motels in town that are double the price, and the bonus, it is on Route 66

Tucumcari is a city rebounding from the loss of rail service in the 1980’s or 90’s. The train depot has been converted to a museum. The charm of vintage vehicles and Historic U.S. Route 66 is evident everywhere. Recommended restaurants: Del’s and Kix 66.
