We received the most warm and sincere welcome by the lady at the front desk. She was eager to accommodate our requests. The breakfast was fairly standard and good but at the serving area there was an unfortunate off-putting sign posted that was something like, “Please take only one serving, others may want some too.”

Good location off of I-10.
Plenty of restaurants to choose from.
I booked the hotel off of booking.com.
However, if I would have booked the hotel right from the hotel, it would have been less expensive. Which I found frustrating.

We were told before we booked that they would debit our account in addition to the room cost but we would get the deposit back once we showed up to stay in the room
After we got home, we noticed the charge of $200 plus the $180. For the room was charged against our bank
When we callee they said it was because we smoked in the room. We do not smoke
So we plan to file a BBB complaint and if necessary go to small claims court. Y'all $200 is a lot of money to loose

Accommodating, I dont reccomend swimming in the ocean due to sharks in the water and very close to the shore line, fisherman's was catching them when my family stayed here. Travel the extra hour to Orange or the Gulf of you want sandy beaches, salt water an sun

The breakfast was very good. I called ahead and was given incorrect information. I clarified with the person answering the phone that they were located at the hotel and not a call center and yet I was given incorrect information. I questioned what the breakfast consisted of since it was promoted as part of the cost to stay. I was told it was a continental breakfast after I paid for the room in advance and was disappointed with that info but when I got to the hotel, the receptionist said that was incorrect and the breakfast was very good.
A convenient hotel to stay on our way from Atlanta to New Orleans. Basic service but clean and really what you need if you are only staying over night and a bit cheaper than overall accommodation in Mobile, which is only a 25min drive. Breakfast was sufficient and offered a basic mix of warm and cold food.
I like this hotel, nice, clean tidy and location is very good. Apart from the issue I mentioned below, I can say this is a very nice hotel to stay in. Ac was working perfectly, it takes quite some time to warm up shower, to save water and cost maybe you can check up on it.
I did not come down for breakfast. The location was fine. However, price line made mistakes with my booking. Double booked the room, wanted a king, received a,double, booked and prepaid two nights, hotel had me listed for one night paid!!
