My partner and I were woken up due to a fire that was started around 1 or 2am. Firefighters put it out fast, we were able to go back into our room by 2:30am. Other than that hotel was a nice stay.

Toilet did not work and heating cooling did not work. Staff was not helpful resolving. I am a senior with a disability. I was moving and had my car packed. It there got my room unpacked the car and was there for about 2 hours before I needed heat. Unit was not working . I called the front desk and he told me to come get another key. I explained it hard to repack and unpack again. He did not come to the unit to check the unit or offer a cart or anything. I was exhausted from moving and driving over 10 hours. I stayed in the room. Had to use toilet in the middle of night. Got up and toilet did not flush properly. I was not concerned I thought I was only partially flushing and went back to bed. In the morning I used the toilet again. Did not flush at all. I wrote them on the link they sent and left. Disappointing. You need a toilet and warmth in a room. Staff supplied minimal courtesy and no concern

We chose Santa Rosa for the location close to the Russian river wine area which worked out that most of the wineries were within about 25 minutes drive and gave us a wide variety of dining options as well. Our only mistake was booking out time so full preventing us from just having a few days to just chill.

Super false advertisement, the property has dog poop and feces all over it. The beds are horrible, they were clean but NIT comfortable the room smell like cigarettes.. The bed was so bad I brought the memory foam from my van in . There is absolutely no breakfast despite what they say. They offer you hot cocoa and literally process muffins that are already prepackaged and like years, old and granola bars, That’s what sent me over the top that and all the dog poop that was all over where you walk into your room it’s so foul… they advertise breakfast not Continental breakfast Mona at the front desk was very accommodating despite what Little she had to work with we thank her for our help! booking.com hung up on us twice and the lady at the front desk, totally understood our frustrations and offered us a full refund! Just have to waitfor booking.com to be honest and give us our money back….

Hotel E is in a great place in Santa Rosa near lots of restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk, I think breakfast is simple but we went out for ours which was great. We stayed hear as it was only just over an hour from San Francisco Airport. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was lovely, you can pay $18 dollars for someone to park you car and bring it back when needed or you can park on a meter outside the hotel free from 6pm until 9am.
Parking was a little tough on the first day as the hotel was busy, so we had to park at the end on the lot, second day was great almost front row. Great walking distance to old town.
