The staff and the facility are top notch. Room was comfortable ... little cramped but very nice. The location is great for getting into downtown Asheville or into Biltmore.

Very much enjoyed my fried eggs on a Hawaiian roll. The coffee in the room was actually good. Comfort. Was a specially friendly. They gave me good ideas about viewing the arboretum. Problematic thing that happened to me during my stay is that a car nicked my car in the parking lot which isn’t your fault but maybe the parking spaces could be bigger.
