    Great area, there is a lot of hotels and stores, super close to the airport. My favorite spot is a polish market that I visit every time I’m in that area - it’s KD market - they have everything a polish person misses from home. Getting around Rosemont is easy, but there is a lot of traffic on the way to the airport.

    Rosemont is a decent neighborhood, just too far from downtown Chicago , very suburban. Rosemont has good nearby restaurants. I hear, E.S.A. is a much better Hotel option. Transportation includes two local buses running at least every 15 minutes, 7 days a week.

    The hotel was sparkling clean, brand new! There wasn't any soap at sink. Had to climb into shower to get soap, reported this I couldn't find the ice machine. There wasn't one installed.

    Only good if all you need is a bed, a shower, and an airport shuttle. DEFINITELY NOT SUITABLE FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS. The free breakfast was packed away early, but also not enough food for the number of guests, the free coffee remained empty, the wifi for your laptop required a 20 minutes call with some abrasive IT hotline. Get your work done at the airport bar instead. There's definitely poor management here, but the front desk staff is very nice and a pleasure to deal with.

    The room was $500 plus and I had a motel six level of room.

    The room was $500 plus and I had a motel six level of room. The room was filthy, smelly and dated. If it hadn’t been for travelling on a long haul flight and being desperate to sleep I would have complained more. I was travelling alone with my twins and wanted somewhere close to the airport. The hotel used their location to rob me of all that money. I also bought dinner which came to $91 for drinks and two meals. What a massive rip off. I spent ages trying to figure out the elevator because I wasn’t told to use my room key to get the floor button to work. Frustrating. I don’t see any info on the pool etc.

    The hotel, the staff, the room ....EVERYTHING about this hotel is a perfect 10. I don't know who to blame because everyone passes the buck (literally) but every time we've made a reservation using Booking.com in the last 3 years, the hotel has taken a $100 deposit (including the Sonesta) and has not returned the deposit. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Don't allow this hotel to take your $100.

    Location! Was near Allstate Arena so we didnt have to wait for uber/lyft and instead walked back. Right beside Portillo's was a bonus. Also have 24 hr shuttle service to and from the airport. Breakfast was also absolutely amazing and had alot of selections!

    The hotel was nice, it was new and the rooms were a good size. Location was also great since I was attending a concert which was taking place at the nearby stadium. Just wish they didn't lie to me about a refund for the transport.
