The staff were so helpful, especially Carol who even lent us her personal phone and also took our rental car company to task over a problem that would have been far more difficult to resolve because our phones wouldn't work. She even called in when off duty to give us info. Above and beyond the call of duty. You will feel well taken care of at Carriage House.

When making a reservation, confirm that the room has a heating system, if you reserve during winter. In summer rooms have an A/C. Know that the amenities are very limited and the WiFi is very weak; the phone hotspot was also weak (ATT). The phone desk was not working, but it could have been that phone alone (?). If you reserve a studio (Kitchen corner) you will have all the necessary basic utensils to cook.

The first word that comes to mind is CLEAN.
The first word that comes to mind is CLEAN. The kitchen part was well supplies with stove refrigerator microwave and sink. There was also pots dishes and silverware which made eating more convenient. The bed was so comfortable ample towels. The elevator was rather small and very slow. All and all it is a wonderful place located near Kalahari and a while lot cheaper without sacrificing quality.

My favorite parts of the room were the balcony and the bathroom, it almost gave you the feeling of being in a cabin with amenities of a luxury hotel room. We had a room with a view, and loved having breakfast on the terrace. We enjoyed cooking a couple of meals on the stove. I loved our checking woman, she was so pleasant and funny, she made our stay much more pleasant and welcoming.MoranUnited States
