This hotel was spotless and we had a stunning water view. The staff upon checkin was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations for dinner. Loved that the parking was only $7 on this side of the river.

The hotel is really good. They have everything you need inside the room: small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (or you can just boil water in that thing), coffee bags, shampoo, hair conditioner and even a body lotion. The room was clean, breakfast was good (many choices for adults and children). My 3 y.o. ate a lot that morning).

Hotel is dated. Rooms are beat up. Prices were very high, so I am going to be more critical. Breakfast was great. Parking was great. Rooms are dark and outdated.

Prostitution ring was taking place in the room areas of 132.
Prostitution ring was taking place in the room areas of 132. It was absolutely heartbreaking to see these young women being abused by the man that they were entering the room of.
Outlet for hairdryer and coffee maker did not work, was reported but not fixed.
The iron cord had been chewed and we did not realize it until we unplugged it and it spraked. It was reported and replaced.
Breakfast was the best and the clerk was fantastic.
This is not a place for a family to stay, especially with children.

Convenient location with restaurant options nearby.
Convenient location with restaurant options nearby. Nice pool but no shaded areas available. Great breakfast and comfy beds. The only downside was one bed was very close to the A/C and tight squeeze to get by. Staff was friendly and helpful!

We were not happy with the stay.
We were not happy with the stay. Everything seemed questionable. And when we reported we saw roaches the lady wasn’t too concerned. For the price we paid for it the room and hotel didn’t meet our expectations.

I liked why I went down there.
I liked why I went down there. I went down there to see my mom. I didn't like anything about the hotel. The bathroom is to small. I think they have bedbugs. I didn't see any but me and my husband were bit about 6 times by something we didn't see. The tv had like 10 channels. The phone didn't work in the first room. The bathtub was dirty. I used the toilet once and it was clogged. My husband tried to plunge it but it didn't work. So we had to call the front desk( from my phone) and get a different room.
We got our other room and the fridge was dirty. So was the microwave. The bathroom was a bit cleaner. That's the room me and my husband got bit. We had double beds. My husband got bit 3 times. He woke up, took a shower and came in bed with me. We both got bit the next night. They didn't have a phone in that room. We told the staff we were and they didn't care. We told the staff there wasn't a phone in that room. They just said oh. There was no coffee maker in any of the rooms. And when we checked out. I had to ask for a receipt.

First time traveling with our animals. Booked Birmingham location on 65, so we thought. We actually accidentally booked Birmingham-Pelham by mistake. We thought they could at least view our pet-friendly reservation. Turns out no and we had our animals pacing the desk during check-in. We left our room clean and only slept there 6 hours. To in turn get a deep cleaning charge of 185.00. We have contacted the hotel multiple times and have received no response from the hotel general manager.
