The home was clean and equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and enjoy family time by the pool.
It is a short drive to grocery stores and the beach. We visited Flagler and Daytona beaches as well as St. Augustine.

My overall opinion, residents don’t care for smaller children in or around the pool areas. We had 2 instances where they were very rude concerning my young grandson’s playing loudly in the pool. Never did they splash anyone or invade their space, simply having a good time.

Perfect for our Thanksgiving family reunion.
Perfect for our Thanksgiving family reunion. We walked to the European Village for dinner. Lots of choices and live music on Friday night. Across from the marina with easy access to the boat docked there.

The beaches were beautiful, but parking was tough.
The beaches were beautiful, but parking was tough. I highly recommend the dolphin experience at Marineland. We also visited European Village which was close to our resort, but nothing was open until 11:30am, so if you are an early riser, for sure make another plan.

Christy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Christy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The unit was spacious. Screened in patio was very enjoyable with great view of the ponds and fountains. Pool and waterfall were very nice. The resort was convenient to dog friendly beaches, restaurants, walking trails and parks. Palm Coast is a very pretty city.

The roads and signage are set up to handle lots of traffic.
The roads and signage are set up to handle lots of traffic. Fortunately it was the end of spring break and traffic was busy but not bad.
This is a pretty town with lots of planting in shopping centers and on the medians. I was travelling with a local resident so finding things was easy but it would be hard to find basic services without local knowledge. Perhaps there is a map of the business district that would help find a restaurant, drugstore or grocery store. Or even the city office.
There are lots of places to eat but those near the beach fill up early - and they are often the best, Beachfront Grill at Flagler Beach was excellent and reasonable. Easy access to the beach at Flagler but it was cold in mid-March and we just tried to stay warm.

I was there for 3 days and it was a magnificent stay, very homely, the shops are super close and the tranquility of the place is unique. the house provides you with all kinds of basic things that you can't even find in hotels, I recommend this stay 100%, very satisfied!!
Location was great, staff very friendly, great value for the money. Great continental breakfast. I can not say enough about the cleanliness of the hotel. We'd leave around 9 every morning and come back late evenings to a freshly made bed and fresh bath linens.
