    Great dining options and an old Florida feel. Quirky downtown with free roaming roosters, shuffleboard, one of a kind shops. Beach was not crowded at all but at times very little/no sand options at higher tide.

    Small, slightly tired looking neighborhood, but plenty of restaurant choices (to suit all tastes, and finances), easy walking, plenty of parking, lovely little shops and a short drive to other areas nearby with shops, restaurants, galleries and a great Farmer's Market on the weekend.

    Absolutely love NSB.

    Absolutely love NSB. I stay there frequently, the whole vibe is great, the people are very friendly, the restaurants were amazing, we loved the Garlic and the tree house Restaurants they were both great. I'll be back soon.

    New Smyrna Beach is a small town with old Florida vibes.

    New Smyrna Beach is a small town with old Florida vibes. It's the best place to enjoy a relaxing time on the beach. Lots of fantastic restaurants to choose from. Plenty of boutique shopping but if you prefer a mall, just jot up the road the Daytona. Within a 1.5 hour drive to St Augustine and Orlando if you prefer some sightseeing but we come here to relax and enjoy the serenity of the beach.

    Very nice spacious beach.

    Very nice spacious beach. Waves weren't too big or rough, which my family loved for the kids. Beach wasn't crowded except Saturday with day trippers. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and shops near by. We really liked New Smyrna Beach and loved our stay at New Smyrna Waves, right on the beach.

    We loved the staff in the office and the Tiki Bar. We loved waking up and going right to the pool and ocean. We loved all the different drinks available and the food menu. Maybe having an easy breakfast menu served for a couple hours in the mornings for the guests. One thing I did not care for was that anyone NOT staying at Sea Vista could come and use the pool area… which made it a little uncomfortable for PAYING guests because it got quite crowded.

    I stayed at this accommodation over New Years and loved everything about it. My room was beautifully decorated, spacious, quiet, and clean, with a balcony that overlooked the Indian River. Easy access, free parking. Take advantage of the location and walk to the River Park Terrace for a delicious meal, drive no more than 10 minutes to reach New Smyrna Beach, shops and restaurants, 15 minutes to Canaveral National Seashore Visitors Center, 45 mins to Merritt Wildlife Refuge, and about an hour to Kennedy Space Center. Highly recommend.

    Lovely wooded neighborhood with a good mix of full time residents and vacationers. The beach is right across the street with a safe crossing path at the main entrance to the community. The condo itself has a welcoming floor plan that is so spacious. For the same cost of a hotel on the beach you get an entire condo with everything you could need.

    Probably the best place to bee in New Smyrna Beach! Charming and very clean rooms with all you need. A fridge in the hallway where you may put some small things. 5 minutes walk to the beach, good restaurnats in the vicinity. Privat parking behind the house. The breakfast was great and the host is just overwhelmingly charming!
