Winter is a great time to go to Napa as the fields and mountains are turning green and there are not as many people as in the Summer and Fall. There are so many wineries to try!
We recommend Lewis and Davis. Great wines and wonderful tastings.

A comfortable city to explore even with a bicycle, walking, or driving. Always enjoy Gott’s Roadside burger and sweet potato fries. We enjoyed the trails to pet friendly restaurants and this time we shopped Napa Outlet for the end of year sales.

Napa is just beautiful. Great wine.
Napa is just beautiful. Great wine. Beautiful vineyards and wine tasting properties. Also, many great restaurants. My family and I have visited wine regions in Italy and France and others in European countries. Napa is every bit as beautiful as they are. We visit several times a year to enjoy and relax. God’s beautiful country!

This was my 2nd visit to Napa and I was disappointed; came with great expectations for the ride on Napa Wine Train ... was really disappointing. The first time, we visited 4 wineries; this time it was only 2 and those too were thoroughly disappointing ... Charles Krug and V Sattui.
Tip ... do not travel during the winter; there are no vineyards to be seen, its barren, and not much wine to taste.

So many vineyards to visit and the wine tours are really expensive and often don't include the tasting! I recommend looking up the individual vineyards and booking direct with them. We visited the Baile vineyard and had a fabulous tasting experience at a much cheaper price which meant we could buy more wine!!!
Went into town for some food and live music and we weren't disappointed :)
Would like to spend more time in Napa and explore more... next time!

Everything was excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful and very boutique - only 11 or so rooms - and are of a high standard. the location is great, peaceful and with wonderful views over the river but just a short distance from both downtown Napa and the wineries on Silverado trail. We really enjoyed the wine evenings, the free drinks and the excellent breakfasts. The staff were attentive, personable and friendly - thank you Robert, Latrice, Gio and Ben. If/when we return to Napa, we’d book Milliken Creek in a heartbeat.
This quaint guesthouse is the perfect base for exploring Napa Valley. The rooms are rustic with modern amenities including AC. The staff are very accommodating. Extras included freshly baked treats, tea/coffee selection and snack hamper available in the lobby. Location wise, this guesthouse is located a few minutes' walk from Napa’s main street with lots of restaurants and shops.
Beautiful location on the golf course, only 10 min drive to Napa and ideal for touring the Valley by car or bike. Golf courses on site look stunning, but also in reach of plenty of other great courses within 20-30 mins.
Hotel is not far from downtown Napa. Spacious and clean rooms. Beds super comfortable. Good breakfast, with enough variety to offer something for everyone! Front desk staff were very polite and helpful.
