There was mouse traps in the rooms locks didn't work on doors dirty towels . We got there late and left the next day first thing in the morning and they said they would pay us back for the second night but we didn't receive that. My husband and son felt completely unsafe and it was very dirty would have been better off sleeping in our car

Beautiful location and facility, but night entertainment was disappointing. If you are a gambler or golfer, it’s perfect. The food was overpriced; buffet food options didn’t meet the price point. The Bistecca restaurant was great, but expensive. All the staff we encountered were wonderful.

We love hiking, so it was wonderful. Many trails nearby and within a few miles away. The forest was tranquil and serene. Mount Pocono is a wonderful place to find, or rekindle love. We both found our love renewed. Looking forward to returning.JosephUnited States of America
