Breakfast was good with lots of options and coffee was available all day.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They were very helpful with anything we needed, including offering us to stay on the ground floor as it better suited our circumstances.
I would highly recommend the Fairbridge Inn and suites - Moscow!

A great alternative to often overpriced hotels in Moscow. Great location in downtown Moscow with easy access to U of I.

Moscow is a college town in the beautiful Palouse region of northern Idaho. It is a small town with a small-town feel whose infrastructure is bulging at the seams with heavy automobile traffic at times.
The campus of the University of Idaho located in Moscow gives the feel of long-standing tradition of higher learning and all of the collegial activities that go with the college experience. U of I is home of the Lionel Hampton International Jazz Festival.
Moscow has a nationally acclaimed Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings, May through October. This is a small town that has everything that a cultural, culture and art seeking traveler won't want to pass on!

( did not know they dont make the rooms up)
2. The shower is not the best. You get your warm water and as you take your shower it goes to very cold then very very hot. this was brough up to the attention of the staff, but didnt seem as if it was not a problem
3. The slamming of doors through out the night makes it a very bad night sleep

Although our hotel was a disappointment the town of Moscow was very nice. Very walk able is you are physically able but everything is close to drive to if not. Great restaurants, We ate at Moscow Ale House and Zip's. Both very good. The campus is beautiful! It was Graduation weekend so everywhere was crowded but we got great service. If we are ever going thru again we will stop, just won't stay at the Idaho Inn.

A lot of really good places to eat!
A lot of really good places to eat! I had dinner at the Lodgepole and it was fabulous! Service was great. Really nice staff. A little more high end but definitely worth the extra treat.
Had breakfast at Breakfast Club. Had to just because of the name! Apparently Friday's are 2 for 1 mimosas with like 5 different varieties to choose from. They even have hot chocolate with homemade marshmallows! WHAT?! I had to try a lemon poppy seed pancake. My suggestion is to have the icing on the side unless you really like your sweets though. The pancake plain with some maple syrup would be yummy! Great atmosphere. But don't be to late cause they fill up fast.

I enjoyed Moscow. It is cute town with shopping options.
I enjoyed Moscow. It is cute town with shopping options. My trip was to visit my daughter at Washington State University which was about a 10 to 15 minute drive but was a great place to stay since I was close to shopping and was able to help her out with some of her needs. I was able to explore Pullman as well as Moscow and also visiting some other areas of Idaho and Washington. I enjoyed my stay as it was my first time to Idaho and that part of Washington. We were also able to do day trips and it was a convenient location for us. Hunga Dunga brewery was a highlight for us. Next time I would like to get out and do some wine tasting which I was unable to do this trip. We also had a nice drive to Coeur d’Alene and enjoyed our visit. We had a great Italian lunch at Titos and gelato across the street and took a nice stroll down the longest boardwalk. I will definitely come back and stay

Moscow is the perfect example of a friendly college town.
Moscow is the perfect example of a friendly college town. Small enough that the people are close knit and supportive, and the college keeps the businesses alive. The architecture of the old buildings is beautiful. Remember, it's a small town. Don't go looking for a Costco, a bowling alley, or a large movie theatre, or a shopping mall. The downtown walk is where people meet and it's only ten minutes walk from campus.

See reviews by guests who stayed at hotels in Moscow
Well after I left the inn on June 1 the sum of 83 Dollars was charged to my account but when I asked for explanation they said your your bank has done it or may be it was a surcharge.
I asked the bank they said no hotel has charged you again.
I can’t reason with a person who doesn’t want to listen.
I am sure it was a clerical mistake and it really was annoying.
With best regards

Everything was OK,
I must say that they were very generous to let me check in to the hotel way earlier than the original time and gave me an alternative room.
