    Good Points:

Good Points: * The room was nice, and the staff were friendly. * I appreciated the gym and the assistance I received from Ana, who resolved some billing issues for me. * When a strange odour occurred in my room, the staff promptly offered me another room, which I greatly appreciated. Areas for Improvement: * The food selection in the “market” could be expanded. * The breakfast options could be more enticing. * I recommend ensuring that the hallways to the rooms are cleaned more frequently. * The hotel arranged a Hollywood Tour, which was great, but for other tour options, guests had to make arrangements independently. General Observations: * I noticed a higher presence of homeless individuals in Long Beach, which might reflect broader social challenges. I even assisted someone in locating a lost phone. * During my stay, there didn’t seem to be many activities available, perhaps due to the off-season.

I knew nothing about Long Beach--we stopped on our way from LA to San Diego. It is an interesting city w/lots of good restaurants and a number of attractions. We spent a day at the Queen Mary-- I had no idea it was docked in Long Beach. It is definitely worth visiting-- a beautiful, historical ship.

LB is really home to this traveling teacher! Multiracial humans live and work peacefully in Long Beach. All the amenities the City proposes and provides are true in advertisements!!! The City has many vibes of antiquity and futuristic energies!!!! The sea air permeates the City with a quietude vibration of peace, coming from the Pacific Oceans waters and it swells one’s heart and soul!

Long Beach is full of homeless people but I’m not talking about just a couple here and there it is consistently overbearingly crowded. You cannot walk down one street drive down one alleyway nowhere and not see like 10 or 12 tents on any given road stacked up with people filthy and crying and screaming and just disgusting and and no one cares. They may here does not care. Long Beach is using the word beach inefficiently because in fact you can’t swim in that water and you shouldn’t it’s very contaminated from the dirtiest water and southern California and there are needles on that beach and buckets of human waste so you might think that Long Beach is a beach, but isn’t you can’t swim in the water there’s no waves you can’t surf you can’t even take a little boat out. The pier in Long Beach down in Belmont Shore is closed down although there are homeless people living on that too and they used to be a little shock there we can get bait and you can get food but that’s closed down all boarded up but homeless people living in their cars on the pier , constantly siren siren sirens, sirens, police cars, fire everything because people are just criminals here honestly, I’m pretty sure that the only people that come here are here for conventions and because our convention center is cheaper than LA so therefore the only reason why hotels exist here in Long Beach is for the conventions. Otherwise no one comes to Long Beach to stay is not a vacation resort it’s a dump.

Beautiful ship with an amazing history. The hotel is styled like it was back in the 1930-50s which we loved. Staff were lovely and very welcoming, always happy to help and had a lot of knowledge of the ship and it’s past. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Had great views of long beach from our cabin. Nice restaurants on board.

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the view. The harbour view was amazing. The room itself is very comfortable, modern and clean. Right next to the hotel you have a private swimming pool and jacuzzi, which definitely makes your stay even better. All the staff were very kind and helpful. In general awesome stay!
