The property itself is very run down and old needing a lot...
The property itself is very run down and old needing a lot of love. The construction that was going on was not an issue. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The ac they speak of is a window unit which no where near reaches past the living room/kitchen and bed. The kitchen was not complete with decent cooking pans. I certainly would not stay here again. The only nice thing about this condo was the beach access.Charissa

It's in a quiet location, with access to the beach just across the road and the hotel has the most amazing pool with a backdrop of the mountains. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and we were gifted a box of chocolates on arrival. I would highly recommend this hotel

Peaceful, and convenient to main route to shops, the Polynesian Cultural Center and for long day trips sightseeing. A short walk away on the other side of the coast road there is access to a very nice beach. The pool staff hire out towels and/or chairs for beach/pool. The reception staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly.
