The room was huge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous - this hotel is part of the island entertainment and shopping area. Our riverview room was quiet with a restful balcony over the river. Relaxing is actively encouraged, including around the fireplace in the lobby.

There is a small water park with slide that the kids could play. Room was big enough for a family. Location is ok. water was cold. Towels provided in the pool are very small and uncomfortable. Better bring your own. Beds are comfy but ours had a loose screw sticking out and our son hurt his leg on it.
