I recently attended my 30th anniversary celebration and was generally satisfied with the room to which I was relocated. However, upon entering the room, we discovered that welcome items belonging to another couple had not been removed. They were gracious in their apology and promptly addressed the situation.
Additionally, we requested basic amenities, including extra pillows and an ironing board; however, the response time was longer than anticipated due to low occupancy levels.
In summary, our overall experience was positive, and we are considering several daycation trips back to the location, primarily due to the establishment's exceptional cleanliness and George's commendable hospitality.

This hotel was over priced and should be listed as a 2 star hotel. It is dingy and old. Shower had mildew and a big stain in the tub. TV did not offer streaming services or the option to cast from your own device. TV also did not have any sports channels such as ESPN or ABC. The breakfast was gross. The bacon was under cooked and the eggs tasted fake. The gym did not offer any weights which is basically useless. The bed was extremely uncomfortable as it was way to soft. Most of the Hilton properties I have stayed are usually very nice and paying over a $1000.00 for three night is highway robbery. The man at the reception desk had a poor attitude. The room held odor in the upholstery, carpet, drapes and bedding. I opened the windows to help dissipate. The mattress was worn out and too soft. It was a horrible experience i will not recommend no one stay here im wasnt happy and i want a refund i couldnt sleep other people at the hotel was making noise most of the nite. I think they have welfare staying here. I didnt enjoy my stay and outside all i smell was weed
