We had a great time at coconuts.

We had a great time at coconuts. Also went to Heidi's Jazz club and enjoyed their entertainment of Dana and Sharon. If you haven't seen them, you really need to they are incredible. It was very windy the days we stayed so we only walked to the beach. The pool area was great. Bar has great beverages.

Good place to stay with many beach access points but be aware $5 parking per hour unless you go to Lori Wilson State Park which has free parking all day. The beach is very long with sand dunes which you cannot enter. Occasionally subject to tidal movements small troughs in the sand when wading out into the sea can catch people out suggesting it is deep but just needs to be negotiated with care. You are able to see Cape Canaveral from any part of this beach with launches happening frequently.

My sister and I needed a break and enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean and floating around in the pool. The hotel was right on A1A and a short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping (grocery and such) literally minutes away in either direction.

Cocoa Beach Pier does not have many restaurants or stores.

Cocoa Beach Pier does not have many restaurants or stores. Disappointing. Not worth visiting. Ricky Tiki restaurant was good. La Quinta Inn Ocean view room can see launches but those hotels near pier does not have many restaurants. Liked Coconuts on the Beach and Florida Seafood restaurants. Kennedy Space Center was nice to see. Allow more than 4 hours. Do Bus Tour first. Two days is enough. Area is boring. Next time I will stay in Orlando and take an uber to the Port Canaveral Cruise Port.

PROPERTY IS OLD, BUT ROOM WAS CLEAN.

PROPERTY IS OLD, BUT ROOM WAS CLEAN. IF YOU WANT A BEACH VIEW BE SURE TO ASK PRIOR TO RESERVING ROOM. OKAY FOR 1 NIGHT PRIOR TO CRUISE. LOBBY IS IN A SEPARATE BUILDING, BREAKFAST IS IN A SEPARTE BUILDING. IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES CARRYING HEAVY LUGGAGE TO OTHER BUILDINGS CAN BE A CHALLENGE. ROOM RATE EXTREMELY HIGH FOR TYPE OF ROOM. WE STAYED IN A KING ROOM IN BUILDING B. BOTTOM FLOOR VIEW OF PARKING LOT.

La Quinta Hotel at Cocoa Beach was a good choice of Accommodation... I liked the Location, space of Rooms, inclusion of Bath, Balcony, view... Places worthwhile visiting were: *Cocoa Beach Pier Gift Shop *Wizard of Oz Museum & Lights Show *Kennedy Space Centre *Fish Camp Restaurant/Bar Accessible via: *walking *uber As a female solo traveller, I felt comfortable/safe in the area; & at the Hotel. I stayed in this location mainly due to its reasonably close proximity to Port Canaveral, (where I needed to board for a Cruise). Had considered staying in Orlando; however, I am glad I switched to Cocoa Beach!

This condo and Cocoa Beach were everything we could've asked for and more! Walking into the unit we instantly felt a sense of home. Jan was excellent at communicating and went above and beyond in helping us have an enjoyable time in the area and the condo is fully stocked with anything you might need. Cocoa Beach has a relaxed and calm atmosphere, the perfect low key place to go walk around the area and of course along the beautiful beach. Thank you Jan for creating such a beautiful Oasis!

The host, Kirk is extremely accommodating, suggesting where to eat and, the beach location, even left us a note to catch a launch. The location is excellent, close to the beach and all that Cocoa Beach town can offer; the kitchen is very well stocked, and beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are available as well. Thank you, Kirk!

Location was great for exploring Cocoa beach. Short drive to the pier, plenty of food options nearby along with supermarket etc. Friendly staff. Simple check in and check out. Room was ideal for a couple of nights for my family. Pool was clean and heated.

Used this hotel as a base to see the Kennedy Space Centre. Was just great. Room was large and spacious. Was grateful to have a fridge and microwave to prepare some healthy dinner. Lovely partial view of the Atlantic 🥰.
