The front desk woman was amazing. She made the experience perfect. There were problems with communication, my room keys etc but she was such a great representative of your company that those issues didn't matter. She made me feel at home and was very helpful. I hope you acknowledge her work there and how valuable she is.

Wings at Gabriel's - Awesome!!
The Griffon Gastropub in Niagara Falls (Military Road) - EXCEPTIONAL!! The food and service was really great, and the beers, hats off to the brewer! Wish they bottled it or sold it here! Thank you!!
Heard good things about Mother's - don't go there if you are in town for a football game and root for an opposing team as the chef may not be nice.

Buffalo is coming back. Lots of gentrification.
Buffalo is coming back. Lots of gentrification. Lots of hipsters running good restaurants. Historically it is as fascinating as St Louis. I had no idea it was the Silicon Valley of the US at the turn of the 20th century. Tesla and Westinghouse and the Erie Canal before really had an impact. The architecture is historic. The Art Museum is a National Treasure. As is the Frank Lloyd Wright and its neighborhood

Buffalo is definitely a formerly prosperous city with amazing old architecture and parks. We were there in mid-April so the weather was on the verge of Spring but still chilly. It had some quality museums and it was fun driving around the old industrial areas which they are trying to clean up and take advantage of the ols structures. The food scene is probably okay at night but they are still suffering from the pandemic as far as the lunch/brunch scene, at least as far as we could find. Water was all around as it is on Lake Erie and I know the summer it is probably busy with sailing and boating, etc. We were just too early. There were numerous empty marinas waiting for summer.

Buffalo is rich in history and architecture.
Buffalo is rich in history and architecture. The eating places downtown rival any that I have dined in all over the world. The reason for my visit was twofold. My friend and I spent a day at the Albright Knox Art museum. Like the cuisine, the gallery rivals many that I have visited. It was not so large though, that you could not do it justice in one day.
The shopping on day two at Walden Galleria gave us such delight! It was full of bargains.
Buffalo has something for everyone.

The staff was exceptional at all levels. What a welcoming atmosphere. Efficient, friendly, and excited about pleasing. Love the new decor and the lobby was so warm and relaxing. Loved the room, a bit small but the bed was very comfortable and the decor very warm. Loved the historical pictures of Buffalo throughout. Liked that you needed your room pass to enter the hotel after 11 pm. Very safe. Great location too.
A very nice, clean hotel with spacious rooms and extremely helpful staff. I felt welcome and well-helped, had a very good night's sleep in a comfortable bed and everything I needed otherwise. Even if the house might not have been built last week, it is very well-maintained. I will certainly want to stay here again if visiting Buffalo one more time.
The room is spacious and beds are super comfy! Air condition works very quietly, we had a great night's sleep. The hotel is very quiet, the breakfast was an excellent additional option!
