Accessibility was great as long as we had the first floor. There was no elevator to floors above. The bathroom did not have bars at the bath tub. We could not shower our son without bars for him to hold on.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and nice. Unfortunately the elevator was broken and digital keys didn't work. Near Firekeepers and great little donut shop, Sweetwaters Donut Mill, and Horrock's Farm Market. Great restaurants that are local, not chain. Lucky Rooster was excellent for Italian.

If you intend to walk to a resturant then this is not the place. Not much to do within walking distance. Downtown Battle Creek is actualy pretty nice but then the pricing is not the same. All depends what you want.

The staff was AMAZING they were so nice that it made me just want to continue staying and they were super helpful and understanding they were a great group of women and I will definitely have Holiday inn be my main hotel I stay at from now on they were so understanding of my toddlers
This place is always our go to when we visit family in southwest Michigan. The beds are comfortable, the TV works, microwave and fridge in every room and always clean! The more expensive hotels in the area are terrible!! I strongly recommend this hotel.
I especially loved talking to the managers. They are great people who are working as a family to make life better for other people. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in Battle Creek, Michigan
The staff helped my son and I out because he was performing at a wedding in Marshall,we drove from Roseville Michigan and they had a room ready so we could change and go to the wedding, thank you so much
