The hotel staff was rude.
The hotel staff was rude. The pool was awful - there were drunk loud people being tolerated without response from the staff. The adjoining rooms requested and confirmed were not available on check in. The staff initially told us they out reservation was not valid. Overall terrible experienceAAnonymous
