The owner was very friendly and very helpful. The owner tried to help as much as possible. He offered to take us to alishan for morning sun rise for an adequate price. Since we had rented our own car, we needn't his offer. Though it was a bit of a challenge to get from Taichung by car up to the hills in fenchihu! The view from our room was stunning! You can eat your breakfast (which was cooked by the owner and was very delicious) outside and enjoy the stunning view! It was very beautiful. Room was big and had everything you needed.

Staff were extremely responsive via Booking.com and picked me up/dropped me off at Shizhuo bus stop with zero hassle. Rooms are spacious, surrounding tea farm and Cloud Trail are beautiful.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The hotel is very close to the old streets and bus station. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were very helpful and kind. The boss drove us to the bus stop each morning to go to Alishan, as it would have been a very long walk, she told us which bus we had to get back, which dropped us off right outside the hotel. My wife was sick during our stay and the boss drove us to see the doctor, and helped us to communicate with the doctor. When we didn’t have cash to pay for medication, she paid for us and said it was okay for us to pay her back later. She is incredibly kind and also very humble. We cannot thank her enough for her kindness. I would recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to the area.

The location of this B and B is breathtaking. If you come by bus, be prepared for a bit of a hike up the hills, or make sure you get picked up either in town or at the community centre. The breakfast was excellent, and they did much to address one of our dietary restriction (one of us is celiac). The room is large, the beds comfortable, and the view outstanding. We really recommend this.

Just wanted to book a simple bed for the 3am wakeup to run Alishan mountain. Although not the original booked spot due to no water , but the boss had a backup place ready. The room was spacious, and clean topped up with amazing views. The boss was very nice, walked me through the streets and suggested some popular places to eat and buy gifts she even suggest a good trail walk route.
