Such a good ambience place. You will feel cozy when you have your meal at their restaurant which was right next to their front desk. Food, drink and dessert are all not disappointing. Their breakfast set was light and refreshing, and braised pork rice was really good. The room we booked was satisfying, and we enjoyed the splendid night and morning view of the hillside of jiu fen. Everyone is friendly, and we will definitely visit here once again.

Everything. The room is spacious and toilet is spacious. You feel like you’re in Japan without being in Japan. The view from the restaurant is stunning. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I regret that we only stayed for one night. Of course it is hard to find the place, regardless where you stay on the mountain you will get lost as it is just like Venice but on the mountain. But the owner/B&B staff was kind and helpful enough to come up to the top to get us. My tips is not to bring too many luggages. Just bring what you need as it could be difficult to walk down and up the stairs.

The accomodation is fairly close to the village center. It is just 2-3 minutes walk to the famous Amei tea house. The owners are a nice warm-hearted couple and welcome different people from all over the world. No worries, they speak English. The rooms have a style: elaborated, unique, and original. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed a different breakfast every day. I bet this is one of the best options when staying at Jiufen.
