The hotel is in a great location, and the restaurant in the evening was just amazing. I also loved how they care about the cats and the baby ducks.. Mehtap was my favorite 😍.

The hotel has a prime location, it's much smaller than the pictures, but doable. The customer service is really bad. Which I've read in previous reviews from the past, but thought to give it a try perhaps their customer service improved, but it has not. Especially during the meal time, I noticed they are short staff, but the staff didn't make it any easier on us or themselves, even after we tipped them they still are not happy nor helpful.
