Pleasant and good value with a comfortable parking facility. The staff washed the windows of my car when leaving as a courtesy, which I thought was a nice gesture. Very friendly staff with the hospitality starting from the moment you check in at reception with a drink, right to the beach where the view is stunning and where drinks are readily available. The hotel itself is well maintained with a decorated pool area. The pool itself was quiet and private as most preferred lying on the beach with the view in front. The hotel was spotless with a fresh ambience and a feeling of walking in a botanical garden with the plants and trees around. The room itself was not so big but had everything you need with a comfortable bed, quality towels and a balcony with seats and coffee facilities. Very good showers and fridge in the room as well. All in all a very good hotel and value for money!

My family and I came to turkey for a family event and stayed at the Ambrosia hotel for just over a week, we have never stayed at the hotel before but are familiar with them as we have travelled to Bodrum a couple of times in the last few years, however this is the first time we have came here not during the summer season.
As it is approaching Christmas, the hotel has a very cosy feel to it, lots of stunning decorations up and nice amenities to for the colder winter season.
We highly recommend booking a massage/Hamam treatment in the hotel spa, which is reasonably priced and very very relaxing. The hotel also has a nice indoor pool which is heated, perfect for the December weather.
Food was nice, lots of nice variety, although we only ate dinner at the hotel 2 nights, the other nights we decided to go out to Bitez, where there are lots of great restaurants and cafes.
The room was a great size, nice view too, looking directly over the sea. It was stunning.
The room has lots of great features, great wifi speeds, nice tea/coffee station and comfortable beds with a choice of different pillow types.

I couldn’t fault it in any way, the staff were always willing to to help, just one little thing the showers in room could have been a little larger to cater for bigger people, but a real wow of a place, “would go back tomorrow”

Bitez is a lovely village in Bodrum. We stayed for a week at the start of November, as relatively frequent traveller to Turkey we are aware that many parts of the country are seasonal based and when the summer is finished, a lot of places will close and there might not be a lot to do for tourists. Bodrum is like this. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that all of the restaurants/cafes in the center of Bitez village were open.
We had a wonderful time here, even considering the time of year. We would recommend coming in summer more so that winter. However, it is still a very nice and relaxing place for a winter getaway.

I'm a regular traveller to Turkey and Bodrum is definitely one of my favourite places in the country. In the last decade or so Bodrum has been getting exponentially more popular, and in the last 2 or 3 years especially, it has really become one of the go-to places. If you are looking for a place that is tourist friendly whilst also maintaining a strong cultural background. Bodrum is incomparible.
Bitez is a great place in Bodrum, well priced and the businesses here hold themself to a very high standard due to an increased competition in recent years. There are amazing cafes and restaurants on every corner in bitez.

Didn't explore too much of Bitez, stayed close to the main bitez beach the whole time. Lovely neighbourhood, feels very safe.
Bitez is situated very well for easy travel to other major points of Bodrum which is great if you plan on venturing out a bit.

If you are fond of historical artefacts, we recommend going to see the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus. Very cool to have one of the seven ancient wonders of the world a mere 10 minute taxi from the Ambrosia Hotel.

There are lots of private, hidden beaches in Bitez that require a light hike to get to. Having an entire beach to yourself is so tranquil. I highly HIGHLY recommend hiking out to a hidden beach for a day.
Other highlights from our trip include a boat trip (must do) and a trip to Bodrum's old town/marina.

Very good value for money in Bodrum!
Then location is very convinet, right on the seasshore with a private beachfront and a promenade along the short with lots of shops and restaurants. Around 45 minutes walk from Bodrum city center.
Very friendly staff, however only a few of them speak English.
The food is tasty, however lacks a little variety.
Great service, friendly stuff. I loved the spa very much. and Buddha-Bar Beach is amazing. Its a great combination of chillout and partying as the hotel is only 10 min away (by car) from Bodrum. I had the best time. Very satisfied and look forward to returning
- The tranquility of Bitez
- Doria beach
- The punctuality of the shuttle to the beach
- The restaurant staff at the hotel (the only ones smiling and trying to speak english).
- The location
5 min walk to the beach restaurants and supermarket. Great hotel if you wanna relax and still within a short drive to the more lively gumbet so the best of both worlds
