Location and accessibility of the hotel was good; rooms were very clean and I appreciate that the trash bin is accessible to housekeeping through an outside door so they can empty it regularly; all the staff were courteous and attentive; facilities were excellent, with access to the pool and the beach; great variety of food for breakfast, especially local Thai food.

I was greeted with very friendly and welcoming staff. They made me feel honoured to be there. I also thoroughly enjoyed the fine details placed in the branding of the hotel. The beautiful and elegant banana smells from the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soaps. The blu monkey logo on all the towels and gowns in the room. The hotel put alot of effort into the branding and the look which is very beautiful and stunning. It's modern and neat. There was a welcome drink when we entered and the free coffee/tea/cocoa stand in the reception that was also nice. The location is convenient as there are many shops around and a 7 eleven just diagonally across. The area is very upclass and pretty. The common areas are modern and stylish, and there are multiple board games for your choosing and to add to that, there is a ps5 for anyone that enjoys gaming. Checking in and out was lovely and seemlessly done and the staff were very helpful.

The place was really nice and clean. Had a kitchen and a spacious living room area. The family running the hotel were really nice and helpful. There was a shop downstairs so you can get snacks at a reasonable price and a bike rental across the road from the hotel.

Nook was a saving grace that made our stay a nice one - from quickly figuring out a nice room upon check in (the assigned 3 bed smelled of mold) to ensuring we were well looked after during our stay. The 2 bed suite was spacious and a nice view.

    One of the best beaches in Phuket in my opinion.

    One of the best beaches in Phuket in my opinion. The sand is white and soft. The water is clear and beautiful. There are waves so be careful sometimes when it becomes rough. There's no rocks in the water so it is pleasant to swim. One big no no for me and many other women and men is that the people that come to the beach dress very indecent and it's very embarrassing to see grown adults dressing so badly. They should not even be wearing clothes at this rate. I know their culture is like that but it makes me feel very uncomfortable. Noone will be walking around showing off their diamonds in public. Just a thought.

    Worthwhile to visit. Great beach. Worried over number of years this area is going to get over developed and the wrong type of area. I can see this being phukets Pattaya And possibly drive families to another region. I have visited 7 times and see the changes over a period 12 years

    Quiet part of Thailand, staff extremely nice and helpful, food is good but not exciting, restaurants across the road nice, especially the indian one, which has thai food also. Beach is good, lovely shopping centre not far for restaurants and groceries. If you just want to relax by a quiet ocean and enjoy a pool this is a lovely hotel, especially since the staff are so helpful and nice. Also they have massage at street prices, which where really great. If you want to party this is not your town or hotel.

    Unfortunately, the Wings Phuket Villas where we stayed, was quite far (may be about 4 Kms) from the Bang Tao Beach, hence we did not visit Bang Tao Beach. Next time we will select a good and comfortable Hotel with a good Restaurant, as close to a good and popular Beach as possible. Our visit taught us that the best and most popular Beaches in Phuket are Karon, Patong and Kamala Beaches. Reportedly, the only good thing about the Bang Tao Beach is that it is a bit closer to the Airport.

    Bang Tao beach is very attractive and with a gentle surf - it's a great beach to sit and watch the sunset with a choice of beverages (cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines - your choice). Overall, very good, but the local beach businesses who tout for your patronage could make a little effort at low tide and remove some of the debris and rubbish brought in by the incoming tide.

    Best hotel we stayed throughout our trip in Thailand by far. Unfortunately we only found out about this hotel 5 days before leaving Phuket, otherwise we would have stayed longer. Hostess is the nicest person you will meet, really helpfull! - Very clean - TV with netflix available - Spacious rooms - Room with small kitchenette (microwave, cutlery available)

    Great location, a lot of restaurants around it. During 3 weeks stay we visited most of it and found many really nice places. Sure, you can stay in Dusit Thani or SAii, 5 star hotels, but here in Best Western you will find perfect family rooms and nice restaurants. No need to rent a car or bike, everything is close. Friendly and very helpful staff.

    This was our second time travelling to Phuket and our 2nd time staying at this hotel as well. The hotel is within walking distance from Bang Tao beach, 7-11 is next door, and many shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean. The swimming pool is great and big. The staff are really friendly.
