The service was excellent. Wen helped us out in every way that she could. My mistake of not sending in my ID ahead of time for access on the premises, she came all the way to the security office and helped us out so we would not wait the hours it takes to process.
We waited in our unit made dinner while we waited for the whole process.

We never did receive breakfast, no staff available.

A terrible place to stay, I would nobody recoment !!
Expensive hotel for the regian and you get nothing in return.
However Jauyau and its seven waterfalls realy such a beautiful place!

Located very close to the main square but far enough to remain a quiet and serene place to rest and relax in this beautiful town. The room was well sized, and the bed exceptionally comfortable (best sleep i had the entire trip). The beautifully kept garden is a little oasis. Maria is an exceptional host, and along with the rest of the small staff, made sure I had a wonderful stay. I even tried to extend it, but they were booked up. Their coffee is also superb. Note that cash is preferred for payment as they seem to have issues with the card machine.
