the breakfast was amazing, so many options.
The sauna was perfect and we had it just for ourselves.
Casper and the rest of the staff were very helpful.

The location, on the docks, was perhaps not quite a wonderful harbour view, but we could watch the ferries coming and going. It was a very short walk to the harbour.
The room was very spacious and the en-suite was also very good (the shower needed a shelf to put the soaps, etc. on).
The food was excellent, including the breakfast. It had a surprisingly large menu!
Overlooking the Baltic Sea, this holiday park offers brightly decorated cottages with a well-equipped kitchen. Oskarshamn city centre is 3 km away. WiFi is free and available.

Helt greit som en enkel billig overnatning for familie på fem. Litt trangt for fem men ok.
A town with less population. I recommend to stay near lake or within the forest, provided you have your own vehicle to commute. Most of the shops and restaurants are located in the center of the town.

Lonely Planet describes Oskarshamn as (paraphrasing) "...
Lonely Planet describes Oskarshamn as (paraphrasing) "pleasant enough, but not interesting". The main reason to come here us to take a ferry, after all. I got to spend more time here than planned thanks to a last-minute ferry cancellation; while Oskarshamn is not a bad place to be stuck in for a night, it's definitely not something to put on your bucket list.
Notes:
- Restaurant Cecil is decent
- Adels Hotel is very close to the Gotland Ferry terminal and quite cheap; the fact there is very little personnel on-site makes for an odd experience, though.
- Oskarshamn is pretty small and walkable, but somewhat hilly.
The location was excellent. It was probably the closet accommodation to the ferry. Literally a 2 minute walk. On arrival the outside of the hotel looked a bit shabby but once inside it was fine. We had no problems checking in and not having staff on site. Parking was good as was the use of the dining room to sit in and make ourselves coffee as often as we wanted.
A gem in Sweden. We found it randomly and absolutely enjoyed every minute. Compared to other Swedish 4* hotels it’s definitely with the price. We stayed in a family room which was big enough for 4. The location and view are stunning, pool and spa with a view, the restaurant is excellent and the staff is really welcoming. An absolute recommendation!
Very nice environment and easy access to two different baths. Very calm but you can hear some traffic sometimes. Nice paths for walking and jogging very close. Only 15 min to Oskarshamn. Possibility to charge EV. Curious visitors in the evening.
The hotel is located very conveniently close to the ferry to/from Gotland. Everything looks brand new and clean. The staff was very helpful with fixing the baby bed, we appreciated that very much.
The breakfast was decent, standard choice.
The breakfast was very good. The hotel is located within walking distance of the city centre and the harbour. The rooms are very large, if a little sparsely furnished.
