We were travelling over to Gothenburg so this was a great...
We were travelling over to Gothenburg so this was a great little stop over town en route. We visited the motor museum (which was actually rather good) and took a walk around the waterfront. Some nice bistros and eateries there, all you would need for a short stay. We sadly missed the broadcasting/radio museum nearby as it was closed. The town square itself is nice but there are a quite a few more modern buildings that look a little brutal. We moved on to Vadstena which was a short drive away and a fantastic place to visit. All in all Motala is a great base and to drive to lots of attractions in the surrounding areas. Thumbs up!AAnonymousSweden

Hosts were very nice and communicative.. The host also was my personal guide to attractive sites I wanted to visit. Good breakfast, good accomodation, good conversations, good company - what could you wish more. Thanks a lot. VERY RECOMMANDABLE Accommodation.
