Amazing hotel with amazing staff. Very clean hotel. Housekeeping on floor 3 were so efficient and helpful. Booked 2 rooms and they made sure we were on the same floor.
Location was perfect, only a few minutes from Masjid Nabawi.
Zaki on reception is an asset to the hotel- very professional and friendly.
Adel from IT department was very very helpful. Sorted out the issues with our tv. Adel was very professional and very knowledgeable.
Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel as we had the best time here.

I like the furniture quality, beds are comfortable, room size is suitable for two persons, bathroom is probably arranged, every thing is clean and organized, quite place and so close to Alharm ladies gate which save your time and effort. The staff are kind, welcoming, professional and willing to help. Breakfast is delicious and wide range of choices is available .. It will not be my last visit inshallah.. Thanks
