The only thing to be seen in this city is the lake, and a boat trip on the Danube. There is nothing else to do in the city, no activities, no bars, many restaurants were closed, the buildings are old and not renovated with a great lack of facilities. The view of the city is sad.

Great view of the Danube. Endless possibilities of boat tours on the lake with lot to see. Beautiful park in the town center. Beautiful monasteries near by (St. Anna and Vodite). Short ride away from Drobeta Turnu Severin on one side and Baile Herculane on the other with a lot more amazing places to see. Just a perfect place for rest from the city rowd.

It is a nice city along the Danube, excellent starting point for boat trips. The city is nice and quiet, and all good things are near the center. Great to the take long evening walks on the promenade, but prepare for it with some mosquito repellent.

The city is very well placed around Danube River, mountains and 30 km away from thermal baths in Herculane. You can enjoy the city in all seasons. Can get a walk around the Danube or klimb the hills around. Can get on top of the hill/mountain and have a spectacular view of the Danube both on Romanian and Serbian sides. It is close to go to thermal baths in Herculane, just 3 kms away. It is great for water sports or just enjoying a boat/ship cruise along the Danube. Can also serve fresh fish in the local restaurants.

We chose to stay in Orsova second time on our trip across Europe! The photos of the apartment are spot on! Very modern place, fully equipped, bathroom 10/10. It was during a heatwave we were travelling and the air con was the best thing ! We couldn't be more grateful for that. Cute neighbors seating on the bench downstairs were so nice and helpful. Beautiful view of the Danube, close to all major supermarkets. Really we can highly recommend it!

All was good: location, external environment, service, comfortable room for 2 1 family (not so much popular in other hotels), very nice lightning outside the building, tasty food at restaurant, we've enjoyed a lot stay there (maybe except mosquitoes...)

Very nice hotel in Orsova with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast vary every morning and it is great, as well as their a-la-carte restaurant. They can also book a trip on the Danube for you, which worth doing for the places visited.

The hotel is very modern and clean. The views from the terrace are spectacular, with a swimming pool and sunbeds. Nice open kitchen out on the terrace with all that you need.
