Central location, very clean, great atmosphere, good food in the restaurant/breakfast and awesome integration with the climbing center (i.e. being able to see the 30m wall from the windows in the room floors). Also, although not a review of the hotel itself but rather of the climbing center: loved the 30m wall as well as the other areas (bouldering, auto-belays, top-rope). It's beginner friendly and goes up to about 7a /V7 (but there's also a Kilter board available if you want something harder).
