This time I booked for my mum and her friend and the customer service I received was beyond exceptional and friendly. Everything was taken care of and i had no worries or problems at all. Alot of the bigger well known hotel chains could definitely learn alot from the staff at Hotel Kastel. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms amazing. Thank you again and I look forward to booking at Hotel Kasztel again. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very comfortable, air conditioning was a bonus on a hot day. Bed was soft and comfortable and discovered the cell door style wooden opening.
