Reconstructed old town is quite impressive and still under way. The information office is very good and staffed by people with excellent English. The Canal trip lasts about 5 hours or so and is superb (bus one way) though take your own food and drinks if you want more than basic snacks. Worth taking a ride round the other parts of town using the 5 route tramway

Elblag is a stylish small town well worth a visit, a Hanseatic port from the Middle Ages. A pretty renovated town centre, and atmospheric. The town could be used as a base for visiting other places along the coast, eg Frombork and Tolkmicko.

The town itself is pretty and nice to walk in old town.
The town itself is pretty and nice to walk in old town. It has an olympic ice skating place. There is Bażantarnia Forest which is good for hiking. Also much close to gdansk and other historical castles. You can explore around baltic from this town.MustafaTurkey
