The hosts were exceptionally, they welcomed me like family, were really available and flexible and accompanied me on trips o wanted to do to the jungle. The food was great thay they prepared. Excellent English language skills. The lodge is covered in paintings as they are both artists which made it feel full of life. The rooms was clean and cleaned regularly. It was relatively quiet compared to Iquitos but still close to Iquitos and the airport. Fan was provided.
Mostly I was just blown away by the hosts themselves, wonderful and caring people.

Beautiful, cozy and quiet homestay - we loved the pool, comfy beds and having a fully equipped kitchen. We had the place to ourselves for the night which was lovely. Highly recommend for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of Iquitos - but you’ll need to either cook or a get a Mototaxi into town for food and supplies, which was no problem for us.

Wilson couldn’t have done more to help make our stay comfortable. He helped with every aspect, even collecting us from the airport in his own car because I had a foot injury and couldn’t get around easily. Breakfast was good, there was aircon on request and free bottled water.
