The dorm and the place is so very well organised, with small individual lockers built within each bed, a little bookshelf, plug and light next to each pillow and very comfortable beds. It is nice to have access to all the kayaks and hammocks in the property with beautiful and quiet views on the laguna (especially after and before the day trippers). Breakfast was yummy and free coffee all day was a plus.

La Laguna is a beautiful place to spend time. The water is super nice and clean. One of my favorite places in Nicaragua. Every single time I’m visiting Nicaragua I’m going to Laguna Apoyo for the day or staying overnight. Love it

I loved this place.
I loved this place. It’s such a magical little spot with free kayaks, a spa and a restaurant. It felt like a little luxury break but it was very affordable. The volunteers were super friendly too and put on interesting activities like basket weaving, acroyoga, hikes and trivia. A lot of people do this as a day trip for Granada but If you have the time I would definitely reccomend staying longer!

We love La Laguna and find ourselves coming back often. If you love to float around in an inner tube, swim, kayak, paddle board or just find a shady hammock and enjoy the sounds and sites of nature then this place is for you.

This is one of the best places to visit in Nicaragua. The calm, clean water is relaxing and serene. There are lots of great places to stay and eat, we've been to lots of them and it's always a great experience. You can't go wrong here.

If you’re looking for a place remote, secluded and basic, Apoyo lodge will satisfy your search. The location is beautifully situated on the rim of Apoyo Laguna. Water in the lake is warm and clean!! The surrounding is calming and relaxing. The view from my room is worth the extra dollars. It really is for people looking to escape the rat race of a big city and to connect with nature and yourself. The staff is great. I am not a vegan but the meals were satisfying and abundant.
