From the security men to the front desk staffs were very friendly and hospitable, the room was neat, beautiful and Spacious, I was thrilled to see I could watch Netflix, YouTube Etc. The ambience was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was delicious and was served on time. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfortable and luxury stay.

    Despite the good location, there was no immediate help available for users to have a good experience. It is now more of the experience above and beyond the service provision. For instance, a defective shower in the bathroom which prevented a user from having her bath after checking leaves an indelible memory of the place, or a case where the attendant did not pick his/her calls after several attempts by the user cannot be forgotten so soon. These are the experiences associated with the user's stay at this apartment.

    I had a wonderful experience at the SUBZERO SUITES. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please SUBZERO SUITES give your staff awards! Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always.

    Was charged different amount from what I was supposed to pay by Booking.com About a 35% increase WiFi only worked on my 1st day after that never did until I left and the receptionist didn’t seem to be bothered nor had a clue as to what to do regarding the WiFi. It was also rainy season so the street was somewhat flooded. However the staff were amazing And it was a great location and easy to get around.

    The area needs more attention in the aspects of environmental cleanliness, almost all the drainages are clogged with dirt's, plastic bottles, sachet water packs which prevents water from draining into the canals.

    I liked the location, quiet serene neighborhood with proper...

    I liked the location, quiet serene neighborhood with proper paved roads and it was easy to find. The hotel had a facade of cleanliness until you looked closer. The staff were friendly and prompt in attending to the guests' needs. The linen and towes were very clean. The free WiFI was ok up to a point but very weak inside the rooms. I didn't eat there so no marks on that. The downside are as follows, maintenance of the facilities has been laking over time and thus several items that should have been repaired or replaced to maintain the pristine look have just been left to deteriorate. Broken mirrors, broken cabinets, burn stains on furniture, scaly bathroom fittlings, grimy corners and seams. The AC in the room I had was not cool enough, there was not hot water in the bathroom, the towel rack was broken. But all in all, I'd rate it a 4.5 as the facility came in handy for a brief overnight stay, no luxury and no frills. Fir a hotel on that neighborhood, the price matches the service.
