I love the large rainforest with its private beach. The treehouse gave a very new experience. The room is spacious. It's a perfect place for hiking enthusiasts.

Breakfast selection was very limited and the time taken for replenishment was slow. The pool facilities overall was as what we expected (decent), but we had a very unpleasant experience with the team building group that were present. There was loud techno music being played by the pool reception staff and when I approached him to request for him to either change the music or tone down the volume, he informed me that the music was requested by the other guests. I was later informed by the staff concerned that he did not have a choice but to honor the guests requests (which is totally understandable), but what made it a total turn off was the fact that the management did not put conditions on these types of guests requests which potentially disrupts the peace and serenity. I could go elsewhere if I'm being a "Karen" about this feedback, but it's my honest review. Apart from the crappy techno / rave music that was blasting from the pool area and the poor selection of breakfast, I'd give 4 stars for the service/ hospitality by the staff in general.

Nice place for the location, beach & mountain. Breakfast & other meals can be improved ~ however we should give management grace period post lockdown. Please improve the wifi - it can’t be used.
Visit Cultural Village- it is within walking distance & nicely set up.

Visited on 30/12- As it was high tide, it was not safe to swim during our visit. But when low tide in the morning, you can walk quite far Scenery of the hill was great. There was a small waterfall nearby the resort where you can go have picnic. Sarawak Cultural Village is quite rundown now, they should have more attractions as the entrance fee is already high. Shuttle from resort to Kuching is convenient. Those who love nature can go hiking at Mount Santubong. There is a bazaar with stalls selling food and also 7-Eleven store in front of the Sarawak Cultural Village.

It is an actual tree house; the outside is very old and looking quite dangerous but inside is more than acceptable. Air-con is on before we checked in, so it has no strange smell or bugs as we expected. The sunset and sunrise view are priceless, and we are glad we chose this experience. Cafe with the hotel offered good dinner and free breakfast to us.
I also bought a beautiful hand weaved tote bag with a better price than inside the city.
Beautiful place, on the very edge of the jungle. On occasions the wildlife comes past the house, saving you the trouble of going out to find it. Gracious hosts, generous with time and knowledge. So close to the city, and yet so beautifully rural. And all in the shadow of beautiful, imposing and enticing Mount Santubong. What more could you want.
- Luxurious rooms with very comfortable bed and everything you need for a good stay.
- Pool and bar facilities were great, with lots of comfortable shaded areas to relax.
- Extras such as on-hand driver and excursion booking were very useful and worth the additional fees.
- Stunning location in shadow of Mount Santubong and not too far from Kuching.
Only stayed very briefly so cannot comment on location but the hotel was so nice! Beautiful aesthetic. Lovely pool, trees and furniture. Dorm room was nice and two showers for a dorm of 6 is great.
Different experience to venture. Overall it was a pleasant stay. 2 swimming pools cater for all guests. Can excess to beach from the hotel compound. Breakfast is moderately good.
