10/10 very nice hotel. the staff was so nice, they where really taking care of us and helped in a pleasant way. the room was very clean, comfortable beds and good air-conditioning. we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely go there again.

The room is clean. Also provided enough towels and water bottles. The service of Mandy is excellent. She keep on following before check in and also after checked in. She help us to contact some local agent for our island hop in. When the recommended agent is fully booked we went to get some external agent. She also help to verify for genuine of the agent to avoid any scams. When we back from trip she met us downstairs and asked for how is the trip etc.

It met with our basic need. We just need a place to take a quick rest before catching 9am ferry to Tioman. The owned contacted us earlier to arrange for a very late check in. We have smooth stay at the place. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful.
