A 5-star service from start to finish. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week tour of Mexico. The staff were friendly and engaging. The location is amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, just an excellent hotel that is ridiculously good value for money.

We stayed here because of the proximity to Avenida Universidad- Sam's Club, Home Depot, Sears and Liverpool - proximity to the centre walking or by taxi and ease of parking. It met those needs. The valet and maintenance people were super friendly.

The hotel was absolutely stunning!! Some amazing art around the hallways, a beautiful courtyard as you walk in, and cute rooms! Staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was PERFECT only a street away from the city centre!

The breakfasts every morning were wonderful, the staff were especially helpful and the location is excellent for access to the city centre. We booked the room with a private patio and it was a beautiful space to read in the morning or have a beer from the honour bar. The fact that the hotel is also a social enterprise made the stay feel even better. We plan to come back when we return to Oaxaca to try the cooking classes.

Fantastic location in the upper historical city of Oaxaca, cafe and excellent restaurants within a very close walking distance. Easy to check in, staff were friendly. We had laundry done there and it was fine within a few hours. The top terrace offered a beautiful view of the city too.
