We found the hotel looking at their junior suites. Unfortunately, we could only book a standard room. The standard room has not been renovated but is straight out of the 80/90s. After 1 night we were able to switch to a junior suite, which I can highly recommend. It is very spacious and new. The beds in the junior are moveable, so we could push it to the wall for the kids not to fall out.
The beds in both rooms were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The pool and the garden of the hotel have soooo much potential. Seems like both areas need a little more attention.

We stayed here because of the proximity to Avenida Universidad- Sam's Club, Home Depot, Sears and Liverpool - proximity to the centre walking or by taxi and ease of parking. It met those needs. The valet and maintenance people were super friendly.

The architecture and the decor is stunning, the breakfasts are incredibly delicious and generous, the location is very close to the centre. Our room was huge with a huge and beautiful shower room, the bed was super comfortable. And with the profits they run educational social projects to improve young people’s prospects.
